Weigh In Wednesday

In October 2012, just weeks after having baby #3, I decided I needed to do something about my weight, and I needed to do it now! I devised a plan: I had a workout that I was going to start and healthy recipes to make, and I even took this before picture:

But the problem? I never started

But come July 2013 something finally clicked. for some reason I decided July 1st was the day, and I started. I ate better. I exercised, and I lost weight.

And as of September 30, 2013, instead of looking like this:

I look like this:

So what I am doing works! Without counting calories, points, drinking special drinks, taking pills or wrapping anything in plastic wrap!
