Foodie Friday: Home made ice cream (without a machine)
I love me some ice cream. But lately, Im not eating much of it. Every once in a while its nice to have a little scoop, and Ive wanted to make Amandas recipe for quite a while. It was on my Summer bucket list, so I had to make it, right?
And its easy peasy!
Here are the basics.
You need 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and one can of sweetened condensed milk.
You whip the cream until you have stiff peaks.
Eat once frozen. Yum! Enjoy your ice cream. And think of all the possibilities you can do with this!
What do you see in my bowl?
I added about 1/4 packet of Starbucks Via. (like the Ready Brew kind)
a 1/4 cup of peanut butter
then I squeezed in some chocolate syrup and caramel syrup
Can I just say, UH-MAZE-ING!
